MeLinda Frazee, LMHC, LCPC
Therapist and Clinical Supervisor
MeLinda Frazee, LMHC, LCPC, is the clinical supervisor for each of our office locations and provides both individual and couples therapy. She has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Though she treats many concerns for individuals ages 18 and up, MeLinda's areas of speciality include treating trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns for couples, men's issues, OCD, and addictive behaviors. MeLinda also enjoys working with veterans and active service members to address some of the unique stressors they encounter. She has training in Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. She is a Gottman Level II trained couples therapist. She also has training in Exposure and Response Prevention and utilizes I-CBT for OCD.

Haley is here to greet you with a smile when you step into our office. She makes things run smoothly behind the scenes and provides support for both our clients and therapists at the Lafayette and Crawfordsville offices.
Elizabeth Wagoner, MAAT, LMHCA
Therapist/Art Therapist

Liz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who graduated from IUPUI with a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy. She has previous experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds in both community mental health and home-based settings. Liz enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults, specializing in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
She utilizes creative and collaborative methods in therapy, as well as mindfulness, person-centered, strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT).

Austin is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in working with teens and adults who experience struggles in their lives. With a background in inpatient services and crisis stabilization, Austin learned how to talk about the “scary parts” of life and mental health in a way that feels natural and supportive. Austin works from a person centered approach and strives to meet his clients where they are in life. Rachael is a Licensed Social Worker who graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and earned her Master's degree at Capella University, specializing in social work and mental health. She works with clients of all ages and treats a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Rachael uses a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) depending on the best fit for individual needs and also has experience working with those struggling with substance use and addictive behaviors. Rachael believes in the power of understanding the root cause of symptoms and feelings and strives to bring clarity and light into her clients’ lives.
