MeLinda Frazee, LMHC, LCPC
Therapist and Clinical Supervisor

MeLinda Frazee, LMHC is the clinical supervisor for our Lafayette office and has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Though she treats many concerns for individuals ages 13 and up, MeLinda's areas of speciality include treating trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns for couples, men's issues, and addictive behaviors. MeLinda also enjoys working with veterans and active service members to address some of the unique stressors they encounter.

Haley Appelbaum
Lafayette Office Manager

Haley is the one who greets you with a smile when you step into our office. She makes things run smoothly behind the scenes and provides support for both our clients and Lafayette therapists.

Elizabeth Wagoner, MAAT, LMHCA
Therapist/Art Therapist

Liz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who graduated from IUPUI with a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy. She has previous experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds in both community mental health and home-based settings. Liz enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults, specializing in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.

She utilizes creative and collaborative methods in therapy, as well as mindfulness, person-centered, strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT).

Khailie Burt, LMHCA
Therapist

Khailie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who received her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a highly effective and evidence based model that focuses on understanding and transforming the emotional dynamics within relationships. Khailie is passionate about building connections with her clients, as this is the foundation of building strong and secure relationships. Khailie enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults and strives to provide a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. In sessions, Khailie ensures that the client sets the pace with her partnership and guidance.
Khailie's areas of experience include working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, grief, life stressors, OCD and intrusive thoughts, relationship discord, and self-esteem concerns. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a highly effective and evidence based model that focuses on understanding and transforming the emotional dynamics within relationships. Other therapy modalities include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Danielle Gaumer, LSW
Therapist

Danielle is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). With a passion for helping individuals of all ages, Danielle specializes in providing mental health therapy to children and adolescents. Her clinical approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to fostering long-term well-being. Danielle utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help her clients identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors. Her practice is centered around creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring their emotions and challenges. Danielle believes in empowering her clients by equipping them with the skills and coping strategies necessary to navigate life’s difficulties, all while fostering resilience and self-confidence.

Ashley Grubb, LSW
Therapist

Ashley is a Licensed Social Worker. She earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Psychology and Criminology from Indiana State University. Ashley later went on to earn her Master of Social Work from Indiana State University in 2016. Ashley is passionate about walking alongside clients of all ages - including children, teens, and adults - as they navigate life's ups and downs. Ashley has worked with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, and behavioral issues. Ashley's approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration, helping clients build coping skills, resilience, and confidence as they move forward toward meaningful change.

Austin Mariasy, LSW
Therapist

Austin is a licensed social worker who specializes in working with teens and adults who experience struggles in their lives. With a background in inpatient, crisis stabilization, Austin learned how to talk about the “scary parts” of life and mental health in a way that feels natural and supportive. Austin works from a person centered approach and works to meet his clients where they are in life. Austin's approach to therapy includes both lived experience and professional training.
