A private restorative yoga session is an one-on-one experience that invites the participant to focus on personal concerns and wellness goals.

Each session begins with a brief discussion about your lifestyle, health issues, and goals. Your teacher will learn about your body’s needs and craft a sequence of poses that will address these needs. A private session offers the participant a safe space to practice proper form, receive helpful feedback, and cultivate a state of well-being.
